Is your Neighbour stealing your broadband?
While I was playing with IPtables in Debian a colleague at work told me about someone who had made naighbours who stole his broadband have websites displayed in a very strange way!
What he did was, any MAC address that accessed his system that was unrecognised got their traffic manipulated!
