I have followed these step above and successfully deleted the two Bonjour files, the whole Bonjour file has now been deleted from my program files but still itunes will not install !!!
when i go to add/delete programs Bonjour is still showing up in there even though i have deleted it all, plus all the other apple programs and restarted my PC !!! could this be because i have Adobe photoshop CS3 installed ??? i have seen that software mentioned in other guides to deleting Bonjour.

i am seeing NTLDR MISSING press any key to restart, but any key i press the same messages duplicates itself going down the screen. so if i press five different buttons i will see the message five times as it duplicates itself. How do i fix this?

Please help me …?

I have an Emachines Model T2625 Desk Top computer that was given to me. It has some great functionality but unfortunately there seems to be a media/soundcard device missing from the CPU and I have no way of finding out what brand and model it was that was taken out of it.

There is a built-in sound device on the Motherboard but it too is not recognized by the hard disk and bios. I cannot get the serial number for this CPU from the BIOS when I start the computer and the serial # tag is missing as well. To make matters worse when I try to log on to the Emachines Website I cannot get through because they designed their webpage so many security protocols that even Harry Houdini himself couldn’t navigate.

Simply put… Can someone help me figure out a way to find out what type of sound device is embedded on my motherboard and please help me to get the driver program/s to get this computer playback sounds for me so that I can utilize my windows media player. I cannot play music or record music on this CPU until I can get this matter resolved.

If there is a god or even a great CompTech out there that can hear my plea and help deliver me from disappointment. I would be so obliged.

Great advice, but works only in XP Professional, not the Home Edition

You can try with (like ADMIN) : “%programfiles%Javajre6binjqs.exe -unregister” and you can do “”%programfiles%Javajre6binjqs.exe /?” to see other options & functions of JQS.exe.
Remember do that from CLI.

Also I took a working hard drive and installed xp sp2 so it can recognize the 500 harddrive, when I put it in my hp computer it said that the boot sequence was wrong, how do I fix that?

It has Windows XP installed.
When I try to boot from the Windows XP disk, same message.
I set the BIOS to boot from the CD drive first, same message.
F10 Recovery does not do anything…I can only get into the CMOS/BIOS screen and the Boot order screen…that’s it!
I put in a brand new hard drive, same message.

Can you help?
